YTS was created for boys who have excelled in the early years of post-high school learning and who are interested in taking the next step in their learning and personal growth. It is precisely these two elements – previous successes and motivation to grow – that characterize our bochurim and avreichim.

Following Shacharis, bochurim participate in a halacha seder, with the option to join a shiur or learn independently, either b’chavrusa or on their own, deepening their understanding and developing clarity in halacha.

Each week, the bochurim are divided into groups, and one bochur leads a chabura for his group, strengthening their connection and deepening their understanding.

YTS is located in the center of Yerushalayim in the English-speaking neighborhood of Ramat Eshkol bordering the large, beautiful Chamisha Asar Park.
